Return & Refund Policy

At Angiodau, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can assist you with a return, replacement, exchange, or refund.

Return Time Frame

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

After 30 days from the delivery date, the order will be considered accepted by the customer and may no longer be eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product arrives defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product size, color, or model is different from what you ordered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must not be altered, modified, or damaged by the customer
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
  • The item must include original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging materials when applicable
  • The return must be approved by our customer support team before the item is sent back

Items that have been used, assembled incorrectly, damaged by the customer, modified, or returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • The item was damaged by misuse, improper handling, or improper assembly
  • The item was altered, repaired, or modified by the customer
  • The item is missing major parts due to customer handling
  • The item was returned without prior approval

Return Costs

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.

We do not charge restocking fees.

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, damaged item, defective item, missing parts, or shipping mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost when the return is approved.

If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect product selection, change of mind, or any reason not caused by Angiodau, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts
  • Photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

After receiving your request, we will review it and provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send any item back without receiving return approval from us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The order was placed successfully but has not yet been shipped
  • The product is out of stock and the website was not updated in time
  • The customer received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item due to our error
  • The return request has been approved and the returned item meets our return conditions

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the order was paid through a third-party payment processor, the refund will be processed through that payment processor.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. In most cases, refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear after processing.

Exchanges and Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, we may offer a replacement or exchange when available.

Replacement availability depends on current inventory and the details of the issue.
