Delivery Location

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

Angiodau is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by customers.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is usually 7 to 9 business days after the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

United States: Free shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

If your tracking number does not show updates immediately, please allow some time for the carrier system to update.

Packaging

Because our products may include lap desks, kids desks, portable desks, and other home office items, orders are packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and contact us at [email protected] with photos of the package and product.

Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox or delivery area
  • Front door, porch, garage, or side entrance
  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Your local carrier or delivery office

Shipping Delays

If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned or delayed because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
